An Ode To Yoghurt

And now an important news break:

Incredibly unscientific taste tests by yours truly have determined that Polish Yoghurt (or European yoghurt...) is the best thing since sliced bread.

When we went to buy groceries, I swear, there was an entire aisle of yoghurt!! Yoghurt to help your immune system, drinkable yoghurt, high fat yoghurt, low fat yoghurt, yoghurt with whole grains of wheat mixed in, chocolate yoghurt...

My favorite has be be the yoghurt that's so thick, I can turn my spoon over, but it still clings to the spoon! Mmmm...

I know that since we've moved here, you've all been DYING to hear about Polish Yoghurt (you know...versus getting to see pictures of our apartment or pictures of what the city looks like). Hang in there! You'll be able to hear more about yoghurt (and all those other silly things like pictures) as soon as we get our DSL...which should take about two more weeks according to the nice people helping us set it up.

By the way, spring has finally come to Poland. The ever present half of foot of snow that has been on the ground since we arrive has suddenly melted, and brought a beautiful wet and muddy spring to Poland. All the melting snow has created a brand new lake right in the middle of the sidewalks/street in front of our appartment!

If spring has come to Poland, why hasn't it come to Wisconsin?? Seriously, there's something wrong with the world!

I'm glad to hear that you two are having such a good time (and eating yummy food)!
