Leftover Pizza: Better When Grilled
Mom and I discovered this simple truth few weeks ago when our entire neighborhood was without power. I wanted to write about it then, but as I said, we were without power which made webpage updates rather difficult. So why is grilling superior to microwaving?
- It's like having your own outdoor pizza kitchen.
- You get to play with fire.
- No harmful radiation seepages.
- You get to play with fire.
- You don't get that nasty soggy crust from condensation building up in the microwave.
- You get a much greater sense of accomplishment after grilling something as opposed to popping it into the microwave for 45 seconds.

Hmm...grilled pizza...this could be a new culinary trend! Eat your heart out Martha Stewart!
So wait, does this work with frozen pizza? If so, you two are truly geniuses!
Also, I know this is going out on a limb here, but I think the "getting to play with fire" part is really what makes this fun...
Heh heh... hey Beavis... heh heh... she said "fire!"
I don't see why it wouldn't work with frozen pizza... you'd just have to adjust your grill temperature to a lower level so that you can cook the pizza for a longer period of time without burning it.
